Smell Absorbers

A box or small bowl of baking soda in the refrigerator, freezer, or any cupboard will keep away unpleasant odors. 2-3 slices of white bread absorbs refrigerator odors too.

Citrus Scent Shells

Cut an orange in half and either remove the pulp and pack the shell with salt or cover the pulp with salt. Tuck in the back of your fridge or in your toilet or whereever you want bad odours absorbed while releasing a lovely orange scent.

Air Freshener Recipe

1 cup water 1 cup household vinegar 1 TBS vanilla extract 1 tsp cloves Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer over medium heat for two minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain cloves then pour liquid into spray bottle, shake and use as needed.

DIY easy air freshener - Simply fill a spray bottle with water or vinegar, add a dozen or so drops of your favorite essential oils and use.
