I've added a page where you can all put your questions and suggestions - abit like when this was on OB. It means if you have any specific problems you can post in there and others can add their suggestions, etc too. FX it works :o)

There seems to be abit of issue with the comments box not coming up on a few of the posts. Not sure why this is - maybe because of the new template. I'm waiting to hear back from the Blogger helpdesk so FX its sorted soon otherwise I may have to change it all around again (grrrr)! Sorry for the inconvenience!!

Whew almost a year since I last posted...

After pregnancy #2 and the arrival of my gorgeous second son on the 20th February, 2010, I'm getting back on track with my blogging including Simple Homekeeping!

I've got quite a few cleaning/body-care recipes to add here plus ways to save money in the kitchen, how to streeeeeeetch your meat, some gluten-free/dairy-free suggestions, and just some other ideas and general thoughts about homemaking, so watch this space. The plan is to keep up with my posting this time too!!

I've changed the settings so you can post comments alot easier and don't have to sign in. Feedback would be great - what do you find works? what doesn't? what have you adjusted? what else are you looking for - cleaners, recipes, etc?

Hey I'm glad you're all pleased with the blog but I have a couple of questions:

1/ Are the labels specific enough? Is it OK having all the cleaning products under cleaners or do you want labels like floors/windows/all-purpose/etc?

2/ Is there anything else you'd want? Like cheap recipes ideas (the bread and pita bread for example), budgeting tips or organisational tips?
