Bath Oil

Make this the same way as vinegar except use almond/maize/sunflower/sweet/almond oil (your choice or buy a soluble, unscented, uncoloured bath oil from the chemist). Stand out of direct sunlight for 3 weeks, replacing the herbs each week with fresh. Then strain and add a few drops of essential oil (if you use rosemary then add rosemary EO as fragrance). If you have it then add a little wheatgerm oil which is extremely nourishing and preserves the oil. Use sparingly in the bath and it could be used as a massage oil too. Though not for pregnant ladies I don't think coz of the EO. Not sure on that sorry.
